BRANDING
There are various types of branding used and will depend on the product. Some types are:

Screen Print

Pad Print

Sublimation /Digital/4 Colour Process Print

Laser Engrave

Embroidery
YOUR ARTWORK/LOGO
SCREEN/PAD PRINT OR LASER ENGRAVE

Your logo needs to be formatted as a compatible Illustrator .ai or .eps vector format. All artwork including fonts should be converted to outlines/vector curves.

Photoshop files should be CMYK and saved in a .eps format. It is important to include all imbedded photoshop images with Illustrator files.

SUBLIMATION/4 COLOUR PROCESS PRINTING/CMYK

File formats preferred include: EPS, tiff, jpg (high quality). We suggest that large images (e.g. pictures over 3.5 megabytes in size) be sent to us on CD or DVD (not via email). The original scanned image must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

EMBROIDERY

jpg file with PMS colours are required for embroidery.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times will vary depending on the item and the branding required. The quotation provided by Smart Promotional will give you the guidelines for each product.

If your order is urgent, then you may incur additional charges.
DELIVERY
Any delivery costs incurred by Smart Promotional will be passed to the customer.
